IMMERSIVE PROGRAMS

CORRIDORS OF INNOVATION

At dYOU, we truly think that the acquisition of knowledge needs a reset:

Our Corridors of Innovation are immersive, themed  programs that explore different layers of replicable practical knowledge, simultaneously.

The  possibility to choose one or more from five Corridors of Innovation promotes the creation of social, environmental, and territorial brands associated with feasible socioeconomic platforms to impact communities around the world.

Each Corridor consists of:

  • 5 courses

  • Cohort discussion sessions

  • Flexible, asynchronous material

  • 1 Capstone Project (known collectively as the Master Plan of Things.)

DESIGN

Our Corridor of Innovation in Design introduces advanced Design Processes with the capability of integrating Space Creation to Industrial Design principles. In addition, the processes engage Visual Media to produce interlocked, vibrant environments for mixed-use activities at different scales, from a product to a city as well as for an unprecedented development of multiple concepts and meanings as the main core values.

This Corridor consists of 4-5 courses and culminates with a final product we call the Interlocked Master Plan. Explore this corridor to learn more.

SOCIAL INNOVATION

Our Corridor of Social Innovation explores the natural and built environment and induces the creation of social brands, services, and experiences that can be leveraged to create a meaningful impact in communities and their environments.  This Corridor consists of 4-5 courses and culminates with a final product we call the Integral Visions Master Plan. Explore this corridor to learn more.

TOURISM

Centered around tourism, the Corridor of Innovation in Tourism breaks down the creation of a destination, from the design and engagement of products and services to an advanced conceptualization of the experience. This Corridor consists of 4-5 courses and culminates with a final product we call the Tourism Infrastructure Master Plan.

BUSINESS

The Corridor of Innovation in Business examines the innovative approach of a smart architecture for business, where economic development, strategy and social-oriented business models are used to connect to the user/client. TECHNOLOGY

In our Corridor of Innovation in Technology, a series of disciplines, spaces, experiences and economic transepts are placed in unusual technological environments.  Through research, technology leads to the discovery of unprecedented opportunities when 4 pertinent fields of knowledge are integrated: Social Innovation, Tourism, Creative Economies and Education. The attributes of these disciplines are placed over a series of urban or rural territories to induce the creation of intelligent, economic, revitalization-oriented Master Plans with different scopes  of development.

This Corridor consists of 4-5 courses and culminates with a final product we call the Interactive Master Plan.

The Capstone Project

If you haven't noticed, we're big on tangible change, impactful social interventions, and directly applicable knowledge.

Every Corridor of Innovation ends with a tangible application in the form of a Capstone Project: The Master Plan of Things, or MPT. The master plans are high-impact, functional proposals aimed to spark the implementation of interventions fueled by design, entrepreneurship, and social innovation.

** Our final project sites are brought to YOU: Maps, videos, native guest speakers, drawings and literature will inform the participant about the contexts to be intervened)
